Hi, I need a short term loan of about £100k to part purchase a BTL property. I can pay this back on the sale of another property in 3 months.
I have a fair size property portfolio, tons of equity I can't get at, and excellent credit rating.
Would a bridging loan be available to me? Where do I get this?
