Innocent tenants having trouble with bailiffs

My tenants are being troubled by bailiffs and "callers" from various companies searching for my previous tenant - we have given the new address to anyone who asks, but still the callers knock at all hours, thus disturbing my new (innocent) tenants. They are getting very upset and are threatening to leave. I have suggested leaving a note on the front door advising of address of wanted man, other than that, any recommnedations? Does my tenant have a legitimate claim against me at all?
