Hi, I have recently been found guilty in my absence in court for failure to apply for a selective license in Sunderland Tyne and Wear ,My solicitor has managed to get a adjournment and the case re-opened as we may have a case for the council not following procedure. There are certainly some instances where I believe the council have not given me the chance to get the licence before it being taken to court . I would certainly appreciate any advice or help you could give me.

Many Thanks
