We manage a property that has recently been infested with bed bugs, the tenants have lived in the property for 2 years and this is the first time this has happened. The tenants contacted rentokil and after 5 treatments the cost is £510.00 which the tenants have paid, however the bed bugs have now returned. Can you tell me if the landlord is expected to pay for this or the tenant. Many thanks
