tenant moved out after giving correct notice . they were warned that no bond not be returned due to damage , rent arrears and bad housekeeping . they signed the unprotect deposit form with no deposit refunded.
it took several days to do repairs and clean back to the standard that they took tenancy . except for the plumber and materials the labour was done by the joint landlords . the final cost amount with arrears comes to more than the bond . we have warned to take them small claims court , CAN WE CLAIM OUR TIME /LABOUR for cleaning and repairs . charged at min wage.?
