Digital TV solutions for HMO. Any suggestions?

I have 3 HMO's which I need to get ready for the Digital Switchover. Each property has approx 8 rooms.

We currently only have the 5 analogue channels.

My tenants are mostly temporary and we've had problems with Freeview Boxes going walkabout when tenants leave so I am reluctant to start providing them again (and most can't afford rent let alone a deposit).

What other solutuions have people used? Freeview enabled tvs? Satellite systems? Interested to know anyone's experiences.
