There was an article in the RPI [Residential Property Investor - magazine from RLA] that had a case reference of a tenant that did not report a leaking toilet. The leak eventually caused the floor to rot and was held responsible at court as did not inform the landlord.

Can anyone find this on the net or know what issue it was printed in - as I cant find it anywhere... but need it urgently.
