Hi, i have a tenant who applied for my rental property,this tenant came through letting agent,The tenant took the old landlord to the court as they are spending arround £2000 for electricity bill for 6 months and they belive that it is due to the faulty electrical heaters,their currant landlord is not ready to change the heaters,the man earns good income and wife doesn't work, should i go with them?
