End of Tenancy Cleaning of a flat with Cats

One of our tenant who has cats in the flat (without our permission) is moving out.

Does the flat need to be cleaned in a special way so that the next tenant who moves in is not affected by any issues they may have with cats?

If so do you/anyone knows of companies who do this sort of end of tenancy cleaning?
