Credit Check / Housing Benefit

Hi all,
This is the first time I have agreed to take tenant on HB as property been empty too long. Contacted LHA and they've assured me that new claims are sorted out pretty straight away now. As she'll be the carer for her disabled child (not able to work hence HB) I thought the rent would be covered by HB so I was happy so far. However I have just received her tenancy application form and done the credit check and it came back that she had CCJ two years ago (which she's not told me about)

Before I speak to her I wanted to know if anyone had a similar situation. Do I just tell her that the credit check wasn't successful, do I ask her for extra deposit to cover any bills areas (she's already paying £450 months rent in advance + £450 deposit), am I looking for trouble here?
Thanks for any advice
