What minimum fire safety requirements are there for my flat?

Hi there, I've tried to read your fire safety advice and can't even work out which kind of property mine falls into, let alone a simple list of what my requirements are.
My property is a Georgian, 2 bed, self contained flat, converted pre-1992 from one property into 8, most of which are privately owned and occupied. My tenants are a married couple.
Fire alarms in the common areas and within the flat are tested annually, arranged by the building property managers.
Can you advise me whether it is necessary for me to provide fire safety equipment, eg: blankets, extinguishers? Do I require any kind of safety certification?
