I own a flat in a converted house of 5 flats. A neighbour has been using the entrance of our property for a number of years to park his cars at the back of his property which is adjoining - he has no other vehicular access to the back of his property.

At what stage, if ever, will he have a legal right of way through our property?

I have had conflicting advice from lawyers.

Can you advise?

Alternatively I would appreciate the contact of any legal person specializing in this area preferably in the London area.

Thanks
