The insurance on my unfurnished rental property is up for renewel in June and I would be interested to know who uses who and for what cover insurance wise, and if anyone has ever made any claim for damage caused by a tenant etc?

At present I am insured with Smith and Pinching in Norfolk if anyone has heard of them!


Can anyone recommend an insurance service highly?
