I have a persistently late paying tenant who I have issued with a Section 21 and informed that his staying is contingent upon paying six months up front. He has agreed to this. Where can I get a template for a six month agreement? Also, I should like to issue a section 21 at the same tim. Should the date on this be the very last day the tenant has paid for?
