I have rented out this garage to this tenant for the last 6 months. He didn't set up the standing order which was requested and every month I have had to chase him for the rent and it is paid late. He did not pay his September or October rent so I have tried to give him notice to leave. I sent a letter on the 27th September to his home, sent him an email to 3 different email addresses he uses and have left a letter in the garage. I have not heard back from him and I looked in the garage yesterday and the letter is still there unopened His last day is the 15th October. What do I do with his things If he has not gone at the weekend and I can't contact him?
