If you supply a cooker it is your responsibility. If it goes wrong you have to replace it!

But on the other hand, if you supply it, you know where it has come from, you know the quality of it, and you know who installed it - so therefore you know it's safe. And with a cooker being safe you know that your property should be safe.

It's your choice!
