I am confused on the form N5B on section 2 when it says the claimant entered into a written tenancy agreement with the defendant. The tenancy agreement AST started dated, when the tenant moved into my property was on the 19/03/2012 and the expired dated is 18/03/2013.

I used letting online agents and the tenancy agreement was used digitally signed. I signed the tenancy agreement by digitally on the 15/03/2012 and my tenant signed the agreement on the 16/03/2012. The tenant agreement says Echosign Document History March 16,2012 and created March 15,2012.

What date am I going to put on section 2 N5B form?
