Can anyone recommend a good specialist in dry rot in central London? One specialist has viewed the property but failed to examine the room above the source of the dry rot. When we looked at the room upstairs we found evidence of dry rot there as well. We do not, therefore, have much confidence in the specialist who has already advised us on the problem.
Thank you for your suggestions.
