How do I ensure tenants return property clean. I am constantly faced with properties returned that have not been cleaned despite getting them to sign a letter to confirm they will return the property in a clean and fit state. You cannot pick up hand marks on walls, dirt on cupboard doors or dust build up etc on pictures to use in dispute with the deposit dispute resolution so every time tenants get away with leaving my property in a very sorry state. Its becoming very demoralising as it seems to be getting worse over the years not better.
