My nice, decent tenants have just given notice to leave (6 month break) due to the anti-social behaviour of the tenant on the 3rd floor. Arriving home on Christmas Day to an almighty row. I understand that the police have been called on a number of occassions, there is a small child constantly screamed and shouted at and the partner is in and out of prison. If this nuisance is going to cost me tenants, how do I deal with the problem? Property is ex-LA 1 bed - I have found the current owner from the Land Registry.

Any advice welcome.
