I had a tenant who vacated last september but it now emerges that although he had informed services - electric water etc that he was vacating he never actually paid the bills. I now have letters from debt collection agencies for service bills addressed to him. Until a month ago he still had access to the communal building, so was removing any letters that came for him. I have contacted the agencies who have said that the debt is with him, but is there any comeback on myself or my property where it could be blacklisted, I have had conflicting answers to this question. Some say yes it will go against your property, others say there will be no comeback to either myself or my property.
