Hi, my ex moved into our BTL property 16 mths. ago. Before recently emigrating, he changed locks - and left it sitting empty - forcing me to do same to get access (and put some heating on). He (and his Solicitor) have refused to give me keys and alarm code. Does anyone know how to override/cancel existing code?
Or, if not do-able, do I have to get a new alarm system - or is it an engineer call-out? Thanks.
