Hi, I am thinking of buying an additional property but the house I have been looking at has polystyrene ceiling tiles in every room except the kitchen.
What are the current regulations regarding letting a property (not as a HMO) with these in place.

I have looked at how easy it would be to get them off and they seem to have been stuck on with a tile adhesive and there is no budging them. Would it be ok to fix plaster board straight over the top of them, by screwing the plaster board into the joists and using pink plaster board?
