Hi,

I have a guy from the Republic of Ireland and also a couple from Poland who are both interested in renting my flat. As the RLA tenancy referencing service don't do checks on non UK residence, does anyone know of any companies that do? I would like one that carries out the checks and also offers a rent guarantee service.

I've found one company but their rent guarantee service is not up and running yet:-

Does anyone have any experience with this company or recommend any other companies?
