Hi

I have just had a tenant leave and during their tenancy they had an attempted break in in which the back door was damaged beyond repair. I have asked the to replace it but the have refused. Can I hold them responsible for this damage as the doors and windows aren't classed as part of the building structure

Regards

Peter
