I have just received a letter from Sunderland Council advising me the exemption I am using is being withdrawn by the Government on 31March.
This is Exemption A which is for houses not habitable which I am claiming whilst a property is being re-furbished.
I cannot see any mention of this anywhere. Do you know what exemptions are being withdrawn?
