Hi. I have 5 sharers who signed a joint tenancy agreement (Students). One has dropped out and is not paying his rent. So far I am not out of pocket as I have his one month's deposit which will cover September. The remaining tenants have found a replacement to take over from 1st oct but the one that has dropped out has gone into hiding and isn't communicating at all and we don't know where he is. Without him I can't complete the Deed of Assignment form to transfer his responsibilities over to the new replacement tenant. Is there a way I can proceed without his signature?
