My property is a maisonette with no garden in a private mews. My tenant has been at the property for just over a year and has looked after it. A neighbour has now complained to me that my tenant's dog occasionally fouls the communal gravel driveway. My Tenancy Agreement clearly states that no animals may be kept at the property. What is the best course of action I should take, bearing in mind that my tenant will be leaving the property in 5 weeks time?
