Good morning, I am a new member of the RLA. Me and my wife and brother-in-law and co-owners of a flat which is currently being managed by an agent. We have given them notice and will be managing the flat from 1st May 2013. We need to make a decision about the tenants deposit. Can you please advise us why DepositGuard is the best option?
