I have given mt tenant section 21a to move out I gave her 2 months and served it on the day of the 2oth when the rent is due.

I gave the notice feb 20th and her should move it on the 20th April, will she owe me feb, march rent obviously but with the 20th April would she still owe me one months rent or would I have to work it out for 20 days at the property? Thank you

Next question. It looks like the tenant has moved all furniture out but the tenant and hasn't replied to me for months and still has the keys she has till the 20th April to move out but still owe bit of feb march and april rent. Any advice or tips.

(I will be getting a new door fitted on or after the 20th April)

Lastly the tenants deposit one months rent is in the government scheme, The tenant obviosly owes me rent and so far left damage and rubbish at the property. Whats the best way to make sure I can at least get the deposit back.
