Post-eviction order
Rent Arrears

We have obtained from Court that after 7 days we will be able to get the bailiffs to evict our tenant for rent arrears.
This person has been in the house for 10 years, we have a kind of "rapport" with her and we feel sorry that her changed circumstances have led to this. My husband needs to do lots of work on the house before it is let again anyhow , as she was not very clean (understatement). He says he will need at least a month. He is thinking of offering her to stay for the time of the works. Will this invalidate the eviction order?
My fear is that she won't want to go when the time comes. Will our bailiff possibility still be valid?
Mant thanks for your advice.
