Hello,

I rent a house by the room to 5 different people. I have an AST agreement (there is no lead tenant) with each one of them.

I was under the impression that I would legally have access to all the shared areas of the house at reasonable times of the day. I am well aware that I would need to notify them if I wanted to gain access to their specific room (unless there was an emergency).

Could you please clarify this for me? It is not that I want to go there every week, but perhaps once a month!

Thanks a lot in advance,
Ana
