Hi. I have just read that this year you cannot claim wear and tear on items in an unfurnished residential property if it isn't part of the building. Ie kitchen units covered. Washer not. What about carpets and flooring ?. I am currently doing a house up now and don't know whether to fit them now.also what about decorating etc?
