Im a newbie and just purchased a property which Im planning on renting out initially before I eventually live there myself. I just wondered which type of agreement is best to use? A normal AST or the Owner Occupier agreement? Although it will be my own home, I haven't actually lived there yet, although I will be planning to do so at some point in the future (maybe a few years until my circumstances change). Any advice is much appreciated. Many thanks
