I have recently moved in a DHSS tenant where the Council have provided me with a certificate for their deposit guarantee scheme where the deposit is funded by them initially with the tenant saving so much every month towards it. Because of this method do I still need to provide the tenant with the Prescribed Information document?

I await your reply as your helpdesk teleno kept going dead on me today.
