We contacted the designated EPC company through the RLA site over 3 weeks ago, we have yet to receive a date for the EPC the payment at first didn't go through as the assistant didn't take down the correct address for where the cards registered. This took over 1 1/2 to sort the payment was finally sorted last week but we've received a call from the company to inform when this is taking place. As we are an agent our landlord is getting very distressed with this as he is losing money and his tenants can not move in until this is done. As the company is recommended by the RLA I thought this would be an easy transaction but this does not seem to be the case. I would ask this to be sorted as a matter of urgency as it is effecting the creditability of the RLA.
