Hi Guys,

Hope all is well for you all today?

We've been asked by Elbowe about the potential of an FAQ (frequently asked questions) section on the RLA forums. It would be a useful aid for any newcomers to the forum and perhaps give them a
quick guide covering a lot of questions that are asked on a daily basis.

Of course, we wouldn't want this to be a reason not to post your individual questions, but it would certainly have it's uses.

This is an idea we have been considering behind the scenes and we have our own ideas, but I’m interested to know what you think about it and how you would go about adding an FAQ section on the forums.

We could add an FAQ post as a sticky at the top of each category in the forums, thus focusing on the key subjects like possession, arrears, access, etc. Alternatively, we could add a new FAQ category on the forums in the General section, and this category could have a number of locked posts that contain a longer list of FAQs and their answers. I suspect the former would be a better solution.

If you feel this would be beneficial or if you have a brilliant idea, please let me know by replying to this post.

Cheers,

John
