Hi All,

I am looking into using one of the agents that offer a Guaranteed rent scheme and wanted to know if anyone on the site has any advice or common pitfalls to be aware of.

Have you used companies/agents that have turned out to be a real nightmare and should be avoided or any that people have had good experiences with and would strongly recommend?

Any advice is appreciated.
