i'm a new landlord and i'd like a little advice. i've recently signed a rla assured shorthold tenancy agreement with a new tenant which is due to start on the 15th of june, but since then i've been offered what i think is a really high price for my property.

question is, can i get out of the already signed contract to let the property and sell the property? as i previously mentioned, the let starts on the 15th of june, the tenant has not moved in or had keys etc...

i don't know if this is straight forward or that i have to honour the signed agreement

cheers pm
