Hi RLA members,

I'm about to chase a tenant who has vacated the property for some rent and council tax arrears. I'm reasonably sure his forwarding address is incorrect!
There seem to be many choices of debt collection agency on this site and I was wondering if anyone had used any of them or had any recommendations?
