An agent brought round tenants from Dubai. they have lots of money she say. they cant find house to buy so renting in meanwhile for 6 months.

to enter country they had to give £1mln to uk gov. agent says they have all passport photos, legal docs for coming into uk. they have only just got in uk. they want to pay 6months rent advance.

is this normal or should i be wary?

what checks should i do?
