Hi all,
Has any one had any experience with rent guarantee insurance? I know it is to help the landlord should there be problems with tenants defaulting with payments. Is it worth taking this insurance? What do you think about the landlord having to pay for it as against the tenant paying? After all, if the tenant should loose his/ her job, it could pay the rent till they sort themselves out? JUST A THOUGHT!
Has any one had any success with a claim or has it been difficult to claim as some insurance companies are quick to use "small print " to avoid paying up?

This is the first time I am having to take the policy. I hope it is as good as it sounds.
