Hi All,

I have a small two-bed cluster home that I'm renting out. Next door has apparently had an attempted burglary, and my tenants have (reasonably I think) asked for a security system. I have just received the results from a security company, and they propose a system costing £500 for the system and installation, plus £60 per year maintenance.

Is it worth it?
