Good morning...

We have recently successfully evicted a tenant under the Section 8B PCOL process and having been to court, we have been awarded a judgement against the individual amounting to some £2,100.00 to cover arrears and costs.

Whilst we do not know where the individual has moved to, we do have a work contact number and address and wondered where we stand if we wanted to pursue him for the payments via his workplace?

I would very much appreciate it if someone could contact us to help clarify our position, as it would be our intention to attempt to recover some, or all of this debt from him.

Thank you for giving this matter your attention, we look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience...
