Hi

We have a tenancy that is due for renewal on the 1st July (12mth tenancy) and the tenant has asked if they can do a month by month agreement as they are looking to buy a house and don't want to be tied into a 12month contract in case they find a house.

They have assured us that they will give us two months notice to enable us to re-market the property.

Would there be any problems with going with a month by month agreement?

Thanks

Caroline
