Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have a six month AST commencing on 25/5/12, and a RLA AST form, however in error I have put from 25 may 2012 to 25 November 2012, instead of 24 November.

My question is do I work S21 date out from 25th or 24th November?

I plan unless I get a better suggestion is to issue 2 S21s, to be sure
