I have an excellent tenant who has been in my property for over 3 years. As I now wish to sell, according to the RLA assured shorthold tenancy agreement, I am obliged to provide two months notice. Is it necessary to obtain a court order and if so how do I proceed? Apologies for asking a question that might have been covered many times before.
