Hi, I had a property Surveyor carried out inspection to my property and he said that they were a lot of Condensation and mould growth were noted to be present in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, lack of adequate ventilation cause by tenant not open the windows. This is going to happen again with my new tenant.

The Surveyor told me the most effective method of controlling and reducing condensation is to improve the air quality by installing strategically positioned passive ventilators in conjunction with a positive pressure input ventilation system. Price £1548.00 for two bedroom, living room, kitchen. Do you think that is a lot of money? Does anyone now any cheap price?
