Defence Form - Accelerated Possession Procedure

Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hello,

I submitted my N5B following your guidance. I want to sell my house.
Tenants have filed defences, not on any section of the issues of the claim form, but on section 10. Postponement of Possession and 11. Payment of costs

They have asked for 42 days after the order has been made because of exceptional hardship. Also asked for more than 14 days to pay.

I need to go ahead with the order which I will do tomorrow.

Should I just fill in the slip at the bottom of the form that says 'the defendant has not filed a defence......'?

Can I still claim rent ? Although not naive enough to expect them to pay.
