I Have a tenant that has gone back to Poland for two weeks, now over two months later has not returned and has not paid their rent. I have rang with no reply a tex was answered the first time i sent saying they would pay on that Thursday but nothing happened. How do i give notices etc if i know they are not receiving them at home as they are not in the country.
